Out of over a 100, 14 types of HPV(Human Papilloma Virus) can cause cancer including cancer of the cervix


These viruses are very common


You can get throat cancer if you give oral sex to someone who has one of these cancer causing types


Ask yourself: Has your partner tested?Most people get this virus soon after they became sexually active. That's the most common time for infection for most people. Then they carry it around for a long. 


Some variants of this HPV cause genital warts.


Don't say a person is clean just because they don't have HIV.The most common consequence of being infected with this virus is cervical cancer.


Almost all cases of cervical are caused by this Human Papilloma Virus, and it may take 15 to 20 years for cervical cancer to develop in women with normal immune systems.     How can you prevent this?


One way is to get the vaccination, the HPV vaccine


It is best taken before you are sexually active.

 Girls between 9-14 years even up to 26 can take


Can you take if you're older than this? Yes! But speak to you with your doctor first.Also VERY important is getting a pap smear, this checks your cervix for signs of cancer


It can cost anywhere from N3500-N8000 some centres can charge higher


If you're 21 to 29 years and sexually active, PLEASE GET A PAP SMEAR EVERY 3 YEARS!


Or else, it's ten ten you're playing,If you're between 30 to 65 years, do yours every 3 years; or a HPV test every 5 years, or get a Pap test and HPV test together every 5 years


See ehn, you can't be sexually active and take this matter likely...

AFGHAN:UK LEAVE SOME NATIONALS BEHIND.

Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab has admitted it will be a "challenge" for British nationals left in Afghanistan to now find a route to the UK. Speaking to Sky News, Mr Raab said the number of British nationals who had not been taken as part of the now-ended UK evacuation effort was in the "low hundreds".Acknowledging it was "unclear" when the airport in  Afghanistan 's capital Kabul would again be operating - following  this weekend's pullout of US and UK troops  - Mr Raab advised those still seeking to leave the country they could find a route to the UK via neighbouring countries.The foreign secretary said, since April, more than 17,000 British nationals, Afghans who worked with the UK, and other vulnerable people had been evacuated from the country.

41 Killed After Russian Plane Catches Fire.

Forty-one people were killed when a Russian passenger plane made a fiery crash-landing Sunday at a Moscow airport, said Elena Markovskaya, a member of the country’s Investigative Committee. Two children are among the dead, according to the committee. The Russian Superjet 100 was flying from Moscow to Murmansk when a fire broke out on board. Aeroflot Flight SU1492 returned to Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport, making a hard landing, news agency Interfax reported. Thirty-seven people survived, Markovskaya told reporters at Sheremetyevo Airport. Five survivors are hospitalized, she said. The plane had 73 passengers and five crew members on board.
